Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on May 08, 2023We stayed here one night the view is fantastic. Then there is a look at that you can walk up a winding road paved newly paved to take it to a look at which again look out is 3x as beautiful and that’s about a mile and a half up. If/do you need Internet there’s one bar at the campsite and you’ll get three bar sitting in your car in the parking lot at the Lookout and you get two bars out on the lookout it’s worth going to look out. The road to the camp is really really curvy and steep if you’re towing a car do not tow your car up the hill,,,, separate ,,,, only take small rigs nothing bigger than 25 footer you won’t make the turns or you’ll be scared making the turns it’s about 2 miles before the other campground and you cut down the twisty roads, sometimes single road if you’re in a camper van or in a tent it’s fantastic or small rig it’s fantastic. showers are clean they have electric 30 amp, water is for everyone. no water at your site very small campground only three or four sites but it’s fantastic views. My guess is it is rarely full . If it is full there is a big parking lot about 1/2 mile up and my guess is you could emergency stay a night. ( no views) . There is a lower campground ….. with about 12 sites but not much of a view. Not 100% sure electric is there. You will see the lower campsite road as you pull I’m on your right hand side as you view the parking lot and 4 sites ahead of you.

The upper campground has some spectacular views. There are only 5 sites in the upper campground, three of which have the views, but we were the only ones in the place on a Monday night in May.
We drove through the lower campground, and they were nice, wooded sites. The sites offer 30 and 20 amp service and a single water source at each campground, along with a clean but older shower house at each campground.
Do not consider this campground if longer than 25 feet. The switchbacks are extreme.

Nice laid back campground. The bathrooms were clean and the showers hot. There’s no WiFi but I was able to
Use my phone to get service through my hotspot. The spots are decently far apart and graveled. Number 12 in the second loop has an amazing view. The upper spots have great view but are smaller.
