This park has an open shelter that overlooks the lake and may be reserved for $10 by contacting our office at 641/324-1524. There is a small campground that has 8 sites located in the park. The electrical system is old and is a 20 amp system. There is no water available in the park. This campground is ideal for smaller campers and is only heavily used on holiday weekends. Camping fees are $10 per night and is paid by self registration at the desk located at the campground enterance.

Small Northwood city operated campground. Electric with clean pit toilet. No water but great lake views. First come first serve. Pay box with envelopes.
Three gravel pads, pic nic tables and fire ring.
Super large rigs would not fit.

20a service no water or dump station. One handicap site 6 other sites. 3 gravel pads rest grass. Sites not very level but I managed to level mine pretty well. 3 sites are not level at all. Lake access for canoe or kyake. Lake a little scummy. Some grassy areas dug up by skunks or raccoons. Area ok for 1 or 2 nights.
