Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on July 11, 2023We spent three weeks at Jefferson Campground, enjoying all the area has to offer. The new owners have made many improvements since the spring of 2019. RV sites have full hookups and the tent sites are tucked into a beautiful wooded area with wild apple trees. There is onsite laundry, a pool and a playground. We are hikers, so we didn’t use the pool or playground, but we enjoyed the many trails that can be accessed within a short drive from the campground. WiFi and Verizon signal were strong. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and very helpful. Groceries, gas, etc., were available within a 15-minute drive. (Note: COVID-19 restrictions were in force, so the bath house wasn’t open. The owners were very thorough with screening guests, etc.) We will definitely return to this campground.

What a fun place to stay. Dedra, Eric, Andy and the Family are great people. Made you feel at home. "Thank You! The place is well kept and maintained. We stayed the month of July and loved it. Really nice wooded "tent" sites as well. Pool was open and lots of people were in it. Great little store to get things if you don't want to make the drive 14 miles away to the nearest box store. There is so much to do in the area, it was a great home base for us. There is plenty of Hiking, Biking, Kayaking or just drive around and take in the sites of the area. We even took a ride up the "Cog Railway to Mt. Washington. I have some Blogs about them all at Allaboutyourbike.net/blog
WiFi worked good. Tv reception was wonderful. Come stay awhile and have fun. We did!

We are here in the off season - October. The park shuts down by Oct 11. So the park is pretty empty. Bath house is OK. Clean but old. Very quiet. We had full hookups and a pull thru. This site is close to highway 115 & the Kancamagus highway. WiFi is great. Would stay here again on the shoulder seasons.

We stayed here on our way from Acadia to Adirondacks. It was a very nice, quiet stay. Beautiful scenery. Eric and Deidra were delightful. We would have stayed longer if our schedule had allowed. Never went in the bathhouse, so can’t attest to cleanliness.

This is a great campground for your stay near the White Mountains! Friendly staff, great location, and clean level sites. Nee owners are putting in time, effort, and Money to make improvements. They opened the pool for our kiddos for a quick swim when most campgrounds would have said no.
