At Water's Edge Bed & Breakfast, you'll find impeccably decorated rooms and common areas dotted with antiques and country charm. This lake front retreat dons a fireplace and wood stove in the common areas for you to enjoy along with the panoramic views of Lake Memphremagog. For the musically inclined we have a piano available for your use. Blue Heron, ducks, frogs, turtles, otters, beavers, loon and many other species of wildlife abound about the lake and nearby hiking trails. Though not on our list of amenities, they are here.
