Whitehall is a Café/Bar & Restaurant that captures the true essence of Modern Britain, or the New British, as we like to coin it! We're bringing our simple philosophy of modern British cuisine to you, which basically means one thing; delicious dishes created with locally sourced fresh ingredients that are inspired from many of our favourite British classics. We have a seasonal, well-crafted, cocktail program that's main focus is on the wonders and complex flavours of Gin, with many beers and ales from Britain and a wine list that focuses on carefully selected biodynamic new world wines. The Whitehall rooms are industrial, airy and open, that have been inspired by the green gardens and train stations of London. Whitehall also shares the title of "best gin and tonic" in the city. Whitehall's riff is particularly decadent: Greenalls Gin, seasonal jam, apricot, lemon, sparkling wine, and "handcrafted" Tomr's Tonic.
