Located on West 40th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues, and steps away from Times Square, Bryant Park, Broadway, the Theater District and Madison Square Garden, the 32 story slender skyscraper seems to come to life as the exterior brick forms the flora Altheas, once native to the Dutch Bloomingdale Road, known today as the great Broadway.
