A little pricey and hard to get a booking for, but extra clean, every amenity you can think of, lots of space and privacy in sites. All around GREAT campground! Highly recommended

This place is amazing!! Friendly staff, great store, WiFi works well, and our site was spacious. We stayed in gravel site 161. The gravels are not level so be ready with to make adjustments. They do have concrete pads and some sites are not as roomy. Landscaping is beautiful. We stayed here mid-week in June during Covid, so a lot of amenities were closed and the place was empty. Still, a beautiful campground. We definitely be back. AT&T had 2 bars LTE.

This has to be one of our new favorites. First off the campground is gorgeous. Sites are spread out in the right amount with plenty of foliage between each site. Our site was considered “Red Carpet” which meant it had a concrete slab that was level. There are plenty of open fields to have the kids running around. In our area there was a gazebo where they had a movie night one night and a live band playing the second night. They have themed weekends which is great for the kids. Nice play grounds. A beautiful lake with swimming, paddle boats, and other activities. The camp store was very nice and had everything you may need. Their fire wood was excellent (dry and split small for easy fire starting). The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered escort to your site. And everything was very clean. Wifi was a little spotty and Verizon Cell Service was not great but family had AT&T cell Service was good. We are definitely going back!!

This campground was clean, the site was shaded and pretty level. The sites aren't exceptional wide, but the foliage planted between the sites gives a feeling of privacy.

The WiFi is AWFUL. While they say it is for email, social media, etc. and NOT for streaming, I couldn't even get to my email with their site. We have Verizon and the coverage was poor. Thankfully, we also have a Verizon 5G MiFi and an internet booster that allowed us to do the basics.

Be sure to have flip flops for the pools. The pools and hot tub were very nice but the surface around the pool is awful! It is done with small pebbles and looks nice but it is painful to the feet. I have been on other, similar looking pool decks that were comfortable, but whoever installed this one didn't do something right. We wore our flip flops right to the pool edge because even walking from the chair to the pool hurt. There is not much shade around the pool. They could use some more umbrellas.

I didn't see a rule about flags, but I really appreciated the lack of political signs at the sites.

Other campers were friendly and mostly considerate. A few dogs were barking a lot during the day, but they all were in the RVs at night so they didn't disturb our sleep.

There were lots of activities offered for kids. The pickleball activity was disappointing. They just put up two nets on the basketball court - they didn't even draw lines with chalk for the court boundaries.

The lake is 6 acres, which is fine perhaps for paddle boats but too small to really kayak.

Upon arriving, the staff member asked me to be sure to move my rig to the right to not hit the facility's boulders. I am thinking I would not want to run my very expensive Class A into their boulders not to mention, having driven it for years without incident... I think I know how to drive.
Once set up, found out there is NO Internet. Not virtually none, but NONE. There is also no cable TV and NO Verizon access at any campsites.
We had checked the website the day before arriving to get cafe hours and it showed all days open until 10:00 pm. So about 8:30 we went up there, only to be told by a staff member that the cafe is only open on Th/F/S and then never until 10:00 pm. He went on to confirm there is NO internet on the property and there are 2-3 Verizon spots and where he was sitting in his golf cart was one of them. Because we still work into the night on West Coast time , we had to return to that exact spot twice more at 10pm and 1am to conduct business.
And the last straw...the following morning we visited the dog park. We ran our dogs, they did their business, we picked it up and threw it out and returned to our site...to be approached just a minute or two later by a staff member in a golf cart asking if we had just been at the dog park. We said yes. He said, "Well, you didn't pick up your dog's mess."
That was it...we went to the office to let them know we would be checking out after one night and not staying the five nights booked. Staff agreed that the internet was very poor (no, it was nonexistent), said that the cable tv was a problem within our rig (no, it wasn't), that they didn't control Verizon (but they could contact Verizon if they know it's an issue). She said she was SURE it wasn't a staff member that asked about us leaving poop in the dog park (really??????).
I asked for a refund of the future nights as well as a refund for the night we stayed since our stay was miserable. She said she would talk to someone about it. I checked in again before leaving and she hadn't talked to anyone. I have called three times since leaving and no one has been available to address this with me. I have now contacted Corporate.
