It’s obvious management doesn’t want RV traffic in the marina. There is even one sign that says “Not the Dump Station” but no indication where it is located.
Upon entrance, off Highway 12, make the first left. Cars are parallel parked on both sides so it’s a bit tight but do-able. The Dump Station is located at the south end of the western-most parking lot, of the marina. There is a separate Potable Water station just north of the dump area. No indication of any fees associated with use.
Rating is a 4 due to location/orientation and lack of signage.

Turning off Highway 12 it was difficult to find the signs because some construction in the parking lot. The dump station has potable water but no hose. No trashcan so drop your trash in the dumpster before leaving the campground.
It was easy to find and get to our site(B36). We were surprised to find that the site had water as well as electric. Like other reviewers have said, the dump station is across the highway and getting to it requires you to pay attention and follow the signs. It's about as far from the entrance as possible.
Would definitely recommend.
