We absolutely loved this campground. We got set up after our arrival and were planning to stay a week. Linda and Coy are friendly but will give you space. My kids went into the vast dog run to run around like crazy for a couple of hours and they were devastated when we had to leave due to an emergency.
There is free camp wifi for the basics. But we had no AT&T via mifi, no Verizon via mifi or cellular. Literally zero Verizon cell signal until you drive down the road toward I15 and get right at the service road. If we didn't need to work and our adult daughters in Texas hadn't gotten covid on our very first day, we would spend our lives at this campground!
Did I mention it is gorgeous! $175 for a weekly rate--cash only.

This RV park was fantastic! Situated in a valley surrounded by trees and mountains. Management was superb. Friendly and attentive. The dog run was giant and our pooch had so much fun fetching and running wild and free. Bunnies were all over the grounds which kept our kids full of smiles. There were ready to use fire pits, corn hole, volleyball court, and a nice love seat swing. All in gravel or grass. Very rustic and quaint. They had WiFi which worked at the main house, and when a neighboring RV hooked up their Booster. :)

This campground is located in a beautiful valley and across the road from a very nice stream with a fishing and boating input site. While cell service in the valley was minimal, the campground WiFi functioned very well and allowed us to do email and web browsing without difficulty. The electric service functioned perfectly, sites were gravel and quite level with grass around which was well kept. The campground has fields for activities. Know going in that the campground at this time does not have showers. Toilet facilities are two portable toilets but they are without a doubt the cleanest portable toilets I have ever seen. All in all, a nice campground.

Sept 2021 - Nice relaxing stay. Quite small town and Beautiful country side around to explore. Bannack State Park - Old mining town, Cystral Park and just relax by the near by River. Nice open area for Dog Run. Dump station on the way out. Family owner for generations and owner on site to share the story and information for things to do in the area.

The owners are trying to create a nice park with green grass, a gazebo, volleyball net (?), and community fire pit. There is free firewood and it is well maintained, but it is tiny with 14 sites and common areas jammed onto about 2 acres. Per other reviews, it was quiet as there were only two other trailers in the park. That said, no clue why we were assigned a site right on top of another trailer. Site #3 was 15’x30’. My awning could almost touch the neighbors slide out. No place to park the truck. Owner came by and said to park my truck in the road or on the next campsite as there would be no one there. If I hadn’t already been unhitched and set up when she came by, I would have placed camper two sites away and parked tow vehicle in between. Even if I were fishing Big Hole, I would camp at the public campground. I would not stay here again.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Hyde RV Campground! The hostess was very nice, grounds were clean and quiet, the dog run was so great for our Labradors!!! Saw lots of wildlife roll through, deer, fox, eagles! Valley is beautiful and the town is cute. Wise river nearby as a bit more to offer as well. WiFi worked for our needs as well!
We will definitely be back!!

This park is within easy walking distance to the Big Hole River. It is quiet.
There are no showers or bathrooms, no cable TV. We weren't staying there for amenities but they do have water and electricity. There is a community dump station.

It is about 8 miles from the 15 but absolutely worth it. Extremely quiet, river across the road and fishing if you are into that. The sites are big enough and are gravel. No sewer at the site but water and power. The dog run is amazing, it is an open field, lots of room for dogs to run. Keep your dogs on leash when not at the dog run, there are rodent traps and where there traps there is bait that's dangerous for dogs. (None in the dog run)
Flies were annoying but if you put one of those fly catchers it makes it so much better.
It is a small rv park but if you are looking for relaxing, quiet surrounded by hills this is it. Linda (the host) was very nice and gave us some things to read about the area which we explored.
I'm telling you it is worth the 8 mile out.
No cell coverage but wifi was ok.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner Linda on arrival with area information. She came by for payment after we got set up. The drive into the Wise River Valley was gorgeous and the view from all the sites is beautiful. Set right against a lovely evergreen covered mountain. Large dog park available too. The utilities work well and much care is taken to keep the grass and gravel sites nice. No bathhouse so it's best to be self-contained. There is dry camping available with portable toilets. Nice little book exchange was a bonus. We certainly would stay here again.
I am hoping that a privacy fence will be installed between the trailer house and site #1 at some point. That would certainly add a star to the site quality.
