The UAM Trotter House Bed & Breakfast is a beautiful restored historic Inn located in the Heart of the North Main Historic District In Monticello, Arkansas. Built in 1896 by one of Monticello's prominent businessmen, V.J. Trotter, the house and grounds encompass an entire city block. A porch wraps around the house where our guests relax in rocking chairs while enjoying fresh air and bird watching. LOOK INSIDE! Five beautiful guest rooms are available, each with private bath, telephone, voice mail, cable television, individual climate control and a beautiful view. Each room is named after an indigenous tree to our area and, one of each can be found in the area.
