Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on June 12, 2024We stayed here for one night as a “shake down” before leaving for full time travel. We got a pull through site with full hookups. The site itself was very level, especially for being gravel. The hookups were clean, worked perfectly, and was spaced perfectly. There was no one in the spot to our right, so we sat under the awning with plenty of space. While to families the spots may be “too close” but for us it was plenty of room. The staff upon entering was incredibly nice and helpful. Due to COVID some of the amenities were closed but it wasn’t a problem for us. We even were able to swim in the pool for a while. We walked down the path to the lake which is very conveniently located. All in all great stay

Reservations are made through CampSpot website. Staff was friendly, campground was quiet during the week. We didn't use the pool - it looked fine. The 3 shower stalls that are available are clean but are small and not well-ventilated (one of the 3 is so small it is unusable). The separate bathrooms (toilets & a sink) are nice, clean & well-kept. We enjoyed the shade and beauty of the trees, and felt like we had enough elbow room until the campground filled up on Friday night. We might stay here again on a weeknight. The location is very convenient for visiting Cuyahoga Valley NP.

Stayed here April 18-20. This campground was actually closed when we stayed, front desk lady was kind enough to book us anyway. Everything was open except laundry. The area was so nice. Next to a large reservoir with paths to walk around it. It was very quiet, we basically owned the place. It is a small campground with lots of permanent campers. I thought the fee was a little high, but she does offer good Sam discount.
