Pumphouse Creamery

We offer 20 choices of ice cream, non-dairy ice cream and sorbets each day; rotating flavors with the season or just on a whim!  Our non-dairy ice creams start with a base of coconut milk and coconut palm sugar. If you have not heard of or used coconut palm sugar, it is worth a try. A healthy alternative to sugar, it is packed with nutrients, amino acids and minerals. Best of all, it is low glycemic - diabetic friendly. Our sorbets are packed with fruit, we offer seasonal fruit sorbets in the summer months when our Minnesota fruits are fresh. You may find 7-layer bars, brownies, graham crackers or other goodies in our ice creams. These all natural baked goods are handmade for us by our friend Courtney of Local Roots Fine Foods. If you need your ice cream fix and are unable to visit our store, Pumphouse Creamery ice cream is available in all of the Twin Cities Co-ops and Kowalski's markets as well as select neighborhood grocery stores.
