From there, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will verbally guide you through the cheesemaking process. We recommend scheduling your visit for a weekday morning because that’s when we do our cheese making. And don’t forget, we make fresh cheese curds every Wednesday and Friday!Tours generally take half an hour and are offered every half hour between 10:30am and 4:30pm. Reservations are required. Currently, we are not offering tours on Sunday.
The tour is a bore. Keep your money. The cheese though is good, I guess, but the building itself is cool. The rooftop is neat to see - great views, gardens, and a beehive for honey. Also, a neat story that goes along with the building and factory. Very friendly.
