• Trees for shade.
• Lots of space between RV’s.

This is a typical KOA with pretty tight spots and not really any privacy. We were put in the highlands area which is in the far back and it did seem quieter than the rest of the park especially on the weekend. There was quite a few seasonals in this area as well. It was clean and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. It worked for our needs based purely on location but it wouldn't be a destination of choice for us.

Set aside the usual adjective "overpriced", as are most KOA's. Great family campground with lots of activities for the young ones. Playgrounds, jump pillows, train rides, pool area, horse shoes, etc. Lots of kids, therefore the communal urinal (aka: the pool) was a bit murky. The men's bath/showers had used t.p. on the floor, the showers had mold/mildew on the tile grout, and one day the shower temperature was tepid at best. The luxury sites are level gravel with FHU's, patio, patio furniture, fire rings, & swing chairs. Heavy canopy of trees. We would not return based on the location; it is 40+ miles to Boston or Cape Cod which is a bit far for day trips.

Decent place plenty of activities for the kids like playground, jump pad, jump pillow, horse shoes, ladder ball, corn hole, swings, pool, no more mini golf as their website states.
Friendly staff, management towards the staff is the issue. Belittling their employees who most are elderly for making simple mistakes and yelling at them comfortably doing so in front of guests.
This was our second trip here, we came during off season at first was okay but decided to give them a shot when everything was open. Same experience just more chaos with management yelling at employees.
Site 115 was okay, it’s on a hill while you can get the camper level there’s not much choice for where to set up chairs and camp as you’re on a hill. Sewer and power are pretty much on your neighbors site and the sewer hookup is a bit tall making it challenging for lower RV’s.
Bathhouses are a bit outdated though clean, bathhouse by office is better but could use a freshening up. Bathhouse near pavilion could use some ventilation as it’s muggy and there’s mold on some stuff and smells moldy/stuffy.
Pool, first day water was clear and clean a bit heavy on chlorine. Second day it was cloudy and third day it was green. Definitely needs a better filtration system to keep up with traffic.
Could definitely be an awesome KOA, however it seems as if it was once great and it slowly started slipping. Don’t think we’ll be back as the rates are Normandy farms high, without near the organization, cleanliness and experience.

KOA has a tendency to list locations that aren't exactly convenient to the name. However, this one is relatively central to Boston, Plymouth, and Cape Cod. It's a large campground. On weekends, it's pretty well packed with people. Families probably enjoy this more, as there's a lot of activities. But otherwise, the campground packs the campers in here with little space to spread out and enjoy.

Nice camp ground We ended up with a Patio site with K9 area. Large grassy area to walk the pups. Not the cheapest. Clean facities.
