2nd week July, 2024: Many seasonal people of all ages here. Many make their living on the water. The campground seems to stay full almost all of the time. We had just electric and water. I don't think there are any Full Hookup sites.

Staff is very nice. The hours of the office are 10-7 and 10-8 depending upon what day.

Why I am not giving it 5 stars:
We pay for 30 amp electric. Rule #6 states, "Air conditioners, electric heaters, and hot plates are NOT ALLOWED."
It was warm and very humid, and when we stop moving in the evening or in the shade, many mosquitoes come. It would be nice to leave the doors and windows closed and use the electricity which we pay for, to keep the camper cool all the time and the mosquitos out, but doing so risks tripping a breaker somewhere. The breakers are not at the sites. The wires run from tree to tree, and tripping a breaker would affect a section of the campground. I plugged in my voltage meter and watched the power that we had fluctuate between 109v - 120v. Many of the seasonals, who also have electric hookup, run a generator for their high wattage electric needs. Quiet time is between 10pm - 8am.
There are many trees here. Our trailer is 20'. There are many 5th wheel trailers here, we did not get to see the show of watching one of those navigate around the many tight corners, through all these trees. We are all packed in hre pretty good.
Internet: There is wifi, if you are in or at the office. Otherwise, my T-Mobile had occasional 1 bar. I don't know about the other services.

Showers work, plenty of hot water.
Laundromat - 2 washers + 2 dryers, all worked. Cold water only.
There is a dump station.
30a Electric is disappointing. I go into more detail above.
Water pressure is fine. The plastic lines run on top of the ground. There are soooo many trees, sites are tight and compact, and it would take digging through many roots to run the water lines underground.

Campground is open May through end of September. I don't think I would would want to stay here again during airconditioning season. Any other time the campground is open, would be fine.
