Our first time camping here was in a tent in 1997. We have seen improvements almost every year since then.
It’s located on the bank of the Great Egg Harbor River with river access, a small beach and little pond next to it. Canoe, kayak and paddle boarding!
The campground has kayak, canoe trips of various lengths 2-6 hours. Bring your own and they supply transport or rent one of theirs.
Sites are large and mostly shaded. WE or FHU sites are available.
Staff is friendly and accommodating. Bath houses are clean and updated. Laundry facility is $2.25 to wash and $1.25 to dry (1 hour). Camp store is well supplied. They also sell firewood and propane. Pool, playground and large pavilion with foosball and ping pong tables.
Saturday morning crafts for the kids, games for adults on Saturday evenings. Live bands on occasion.
Close to casinos, beaches and boardwalks.
