Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on September 03, 2021I stayed at the motel and it was a great experience. Very clean, bathroom was newly updated and it was quiet. I would highly recommend this motel! Plus the prices are very reasonable.
The pull thru site C3 is so steep we couldn't level with all the blocks we carry....and we carry allot of blocks. Didn't extend living room slide as a result. Also, was told $35 over the phone but charged $40 when we arrived.
This will do for one night but wouldn't stay here again.

Initially intended to stay 7 nights at a rate of $225. Only stayed 1 night, $45 tax included. This is a small old park that is tuck away behind an old motel & gas station. 5 permanent rv’s, one had 2 pit bulls tethered to their RV. At night this park is pitch black, no lightning what so ever, and just a little too much traffic for the 5 long term residents. Roads are dirt, sites are dirt with remanence of gravel at one time. Owner was reluctant to give me a refund.

The lots are all gravel, no Wi-Fi available, trees need to be trimmed for big rigs. Wasps built a nest in the electrical box, we’re pretty sure the site hasn’t been used for some time. Water had an upside down pail and a cement block on top of spicket—didn’t even try it. The camp site dump station was a foot higher than the ground, didn’t try to dump tanks with that elevation difference.

The campground is part of a motel complex on historic route 6 outside of Murango, IA. It is noisy here right next to a busy fuel station on the corner of a major intersection. You actually have to go through the station's parking lot to get to the entry of the RV park. There is a train track a few hundred feet from the campground, but there are not very many trains on this line apparently. The sites are mostly gravel and there are full hook ups. Our rate of $20/nt was off-season with no water/sewer, just electric. The host (owner) has been pleasant to work with for reservations. Overall a nice place to stay at the price that we paid. Verizon 4G LTE is very strong and good, AT&T is non-existent. The WiFi here was weak and required a booster to pick it up and then it was good. It is easy to get from here to the Amana Colonies in a few minutes. LP Gas fill is not available in the area, you have to go 30 minutes to the East to Coralville to fill up your tanks.

Yes, there are train tracks a short distance from the campsites, but they have what I needed, mainly electricity! The roar of the AC would drown out the trains, anyway.
Most of my camping in this trailer has been done in the spring and fall, so my plan of seeking out free spots for the night en route to an event wasn’t practical during a hot spell in the summer.
The electric worked great. There is also water and sewer at the site, but I didn’t need them. The water was insulated, so perhaps they have year-round sites. (I didn’t ask.) I checked out the bathhouse and it looked clean. I just might take a shower in the morning. There is also a laundry room, with two washers and two dryers. My site was a pull-through. There were only about four RVs here when I arrived.
Sites have picnic tables and fire rings and some are shaded. I’d stay here again.
