“Eat and drink like a local”
Owners Enriquez brothers Jason and Johnathen , joined by Bryan Borden, all Madison natives, joined forces to open a local bar and restaurant. They were looking for something that was local and was all about Madison, Wisconsin. The beer and food definitely represent that at 608. Chef Melissa Spears created a seasonally changing menu featuring burgers, paninis and many appetizers to choose from. “Everything we could get local we do.” The bar features a 70″ television always playing the most up to date sports with other TVs around for prime sport viewing. 12+ beers on tap, most of them local, also a full bar with wine as well. The walls are decorated with black and white pictures of Madison dating back to the the 1930′s. 608 will surely make you feel like you are in Madison Wisconsin.
