We are an artisan meat shop providing locally-sourced, natural and organic meats and charcuterie products. H.A.M. is located in the heart of the Hillcrest neighborhood. In addition to charcuterie our meat selection will vary with farmer availability: pork, chicken, turkey, duck, beef, lamb and buffalo.  Offering sandwiches and soup. Menu changes daily.  We are committed to supporting local, sustainable farms in Arkansas.
