A short walk to the marina which hires boats and sells snacks& fuel. There is a campground fish cleaning station with complimentary fridges/freezers.
The amenities are well kept with plenty of space, located in the center of the park. There is also a laundry. They accommodate tents, RV’s, travel railers and have cabins also. Dump station and water fill up conveniently located in the center of the grounds.
The township of Linesville is just 5min drive from the park entrance. Great weekend escape from Pittsburgh. They welcome furry friends!

Nice campground with moderately spaced lots. There is a beach at the campground for launching and receiving private boats.
Biggest issue was large swampy areas due to recent rains. A storm hot while we were there and sections of grassy area were under several inches of standing water for our last day
Quiet hours start at 9pm and run until 7am and with young children this can be a problem. We were approached by a ranger at 9:30 stating that we were being too loud, playing a card game and laughing.
Overall a good experience and nice park. I'd choose it, again, if I was in the area.

We stayed here from 6/10 - 6/12 2022. Site 158 under the trees, non-electric. Very large campground with the majority of the sites very close together, some trees but open. Some sites close to the lake which could be an issue if there was a storm or it was windy. Our site was under trees and could be muddy if it rained. There was one bathroom with showers and the other without showers, both in poor condition, showers old and tired. Firewood can be purchased close by and Ray's Market is a must for good meat and supplies. The fish hatchery is close by along with the spillway where you can feed the carp and canada geese. Easy access to the lake for boating and fishing. There is also a fish cleaning area.
Follow GPS coordinates to get to this park, we got lost in a small neighborhood as our GPS tried to take us down a discontinued road when we put in the address.

We stayed early spring. It was rainy and a little muddy but an amazing view of the lake from the lack of foliage in April. Easy access for kayaking and pet friendly. We also stayed at one of the cabins. The lake view was amazing.
Steak sandwiches at the Linesville Sports Bar nearby were great. Family friendly atmosphere.
