Your stay with us will be a pleasant one, with clean, comfortable rooms. We are located in downtown Lincoln, Maine, with a convenience store right next door and many fine restaurants just down the street. Many of Lincoln's stores are within walking distance, making shopping easy. We're minutes away from the beach on Mattanawcook Pond, and also near the snowmobile and ATV trails. If you need to stop in Lincoln overnight, give us a call and reserve your room ahead of time. We'll be waiting for you. Our rooms rates range from $60 to $75 per night year round. (There is no extra charge for more than two people.)

My family and I were from Florida coming up here to have a nice vacation in the summertime there was a note on the front door saying to call a number so I called the number and gave a credit card over the phone instead of going in the office and doing it like you usually would then we got in the room and the air conditioner was so loud you couldn't hear somebody talking right next to you then I'm laying in the bed for about an hour to take a nap and it felt like sand all over the bed and I started getting bit like crazy by something and I'm pretty sure the place is infested with bed bugs we called the number back again saying we're leaving please don't charge R4 card and the woman on the phone I think her name was Jam charged our card anyway and we stayed there for a total of an hour and a half before we said I am not staying here at all worst place I've ever been in my life do not go
