The standout thing to mention was how rude the office manager was. We had a few small pieces of mail delivered, which we have done at tons of other campgrounds, and she lectured us multiple times about it. When we tried to go speak in person about it, we only found other staff members that were totally chill about it, but when our last package showed up, the manager called and again and was a complete ogor about it.
Lots of fulltime residents, but they are mostly weekend warriors that leave their rigs there fulltime. They PARTY on the weekends.
The surrounding area did not have a lot to do but kutztown was fun. And allentown had lots of shopping.

Beautiful and well maintained park, but the permanent residents clearly run the place. It was very peaceful during the day but at night there was one permanent resident who insisted on playing extremely loud music with a base that shook the ground. We were about 75 yards away from him and could hear lyrics and feel it with our doors/windows closed and a football game on TV. We complained to the general manager and nothing was done. It was worse on night 2. There were many activities this weekend and the few we tried to attend started late and were poorly organized. This place is really pretty with a great location and the hookups were reliable. It's a shame it's not managed well.
