It was short and sweet. Gift shop owner very nice. I didn't step in any pee.
The museum is attached to the library and is very short (and clean, no urine here either). It’s free and has a clean bathroom for someone needing a quick break. I met an author that was signing books that day and purchased his book in the lobby area. I don’t know that I would intentionally revisit but if I needed a nice place to take a break while on a road trip, I would.
Spend a half an hour to an hour here. It's right off the highway and convenient if you need to stretch your legs or get a bite to eat. The life size displays are pretty cool it gives you a really good insight of the time period.
Pretty cool little museum inside. It only takes about 30-45 minutes to go through and it's self guided. It is also very close the highway. If you have the time you should stop by.
it was great, with a really large display for such a small library. 3 rooms, and 3 additional displays of historically accurate scenes (working on a 4th when i stopped in). It's free (donation box at the door next to the visitor's log), and so much history there!
This place was terrible and I stepped in urine while looking
Library found closed due coronavirus on 6/8/20.
Very clean, not sure where the person was who said she stepped in pee but it wasn’t here. Lots of vintage memorabilia to look at. Lots of reading through glass, all in all, ok stop.
Museum is inside library. Free. Nice restrooms. Good stop to stretch your legs and use the restroom. Museum is small but worth a walk through. Plan for 15-45 minutes.
Nice little museum. Well done and maintained. When we first arrived a volunteer was very excited and proud to share the story of the carved wood sign in the lobby. Thought it was very cool that he was so proud of his community:)
