“Filipino Cakes, Sweets & Pastries”
RED RIBBON BAKESHOP grew from a homemaker’s hobby of baking cakes, lovingly shared in the frequent get-togethers of a typical extended family. She accommodated orders from family members who in turn shared their delight with a wider circle of relatives and friends. When she adorned cake boxes with a red ribbon, the hobby turned into a business. Her recipes for light, moist and heavenly cakes and pastries continue to be the standards for every Red Ribbon product handcrafted today. Since 1984, when the first store in the USA opened at West Covina, California, superior quality has been a source of corporate pride. Red Ribbon cakes, breads and pastries consistently win in product tests versus the competition. Red Ribbon Bakeshop uses only premium ingredients, such as real butter, high-quality cake flour, and its unique Red Ribbon cream. The Los Angeles Times has twice cited Red Ribbon’s Mango Cake and Ube Cake as the ”BEST OF L.A.”. Our goal is to bring joy and satisfaction to every sweet lover and to make every family celebration truly special through our delicious and beautiful cakes.
