Confirmed by 5 users | Last reported on March 17, 2024Quite a nice clean park. Gated community with all the amenities. No check in after 9 pm. Slightly more expensive than comparable parks but still reasonable.
This is a nice basic/no frills RV park conveniently located to everything Las Vegas has to offer. If you want/need to be in town, this is a good choice. The park itself is clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. The laundry room was very clean as were the pool and the other public facilities. All the utilities worked well. Verizon internet was LTE and was fast enough for HD video streaming.
This is generally a very quiet park despite being located on a major road, there is some road noise but it's not objectionable and to be expected in an urban environment. Be aware that Nellis Air Force Base is nearby so sometimes you will hear the "Sounds Of Freedom" roaring overhead. However, they don't fly all the time (and so far never at night or on the weekend) and the noise is limited to an hour here and there. In any event, it's interesting to see the various jets take off and land overhead, kind of like your own private air show.
The RV park is not in a great part of town (i.e., warehouse/light industrial) but there is a locked entry/exit gate (they provide all guests with a remote gate opener) and we saw no evidence of any security issues; e.g., people leave all the usual stuff outside at their campsites with no ill effects. We bought fuel at a gas station about 200 yards away and did not feel unsafe either at the pumps or inside the shop. Bottom line, you wouldn't want to walk the neighborhood outside the RV park at night, but otherwise this is an non-issue.
The sites are big rig accessible and are the typical size for a private RV park.

Even though it’s not close to the action, this place was perfect for us. The facilities were spotless. Front desk was efficient and professional. The pool was fabulous! We took an Uber to the strip and paid about 20$ each way, so 40 total. Better than driving; the traffic was awful and then I could have a drink👍. People were kind and welcoming. I’ll give it 4 stars for location because it’s not that close to the action, if that’s your purpose.

I so appreciated this RV park as I needed a spot last minute. The staff was so helpful. Checked me in. Drove me to my spot after dark. Park is private and gated. Dog run areas for pets. Showers and laundry. I had a service appointment and this park was located close to that — made it very simple and convienent. Thank you.

On our road trip we came from Yosemite headed to Utah. We decided to do a Vegas night and get supplies as well. This place had an opening and was in our price range. The sites are all level and easy to pull through. ( we have a 26 ft travel trailer) It’s gated and very secure! The restrooms are large with clean showers that are very nice! They have a dog park and a wash station that was well maintained and such a nice thing to get the grunge off the dog conveniently. They have a nice pool and putt putt golf area too. The location was easy to get to Sam’s, Walmart , PetSmart , and the Vegas strip was a ten minute drive! Cable and 4g Sprint service was great. A man walks around sweeping all around sites with a rake. There was not a cigarette butt or piece of trash to be seen here! They have small trees they water and within three years this park will be well shaded. I would defiantly recommend this RV park and will return.

Park was easy to find and get into. Not near any shopping. Grounds were clean and fairly level. Didn't use any of the amenities or restaurant. Arrived on a Friday afternoon (8-9-19) and noise was minimal until the following Monday when the nearby air force base was very active and LOUD. WiFi was non-existent until the two spots next to me with a motor home and travel trailer left. They were blocking the signal. There was a little shade from the tree next to the spot. Uber ride to the strip was about $19 without tip.

Stayed here for 7 days. While I will say the park is secure with a gate they give you a clicker for I wouldn’t come back. I had poor cell service which is not the parks fault but WiFi was spotty at best. The park itself was not bad I didn’t use the facilities just dog run which was really small. Was within short range of downtown and the strip. Near a training air strip so jets may fly over occasionally only happened once while I was here.

I would only recommend this park for a few nights stay.
Pros- safe, secure, quiet, nice &clean amenities. dog potty area, saloon is like your fave hole in the wall bar with descent food, level campsites, easy access for big rigs.
Cons- Verizon only gets 1-2 bars bc of flight path, WiFi barely works

This really is a decent park. Clean and well kept. Facilities are nice for $ paid. Don’t underestimate the WiFi and cell reception reviews.....they are BAD.
WiFi is not consistent nor easy to link up to, constantly dropping connection. Cellular signal is very weak.
Other than that, nice park. Staff is friendly. Even permanent trailers here are visually nicer than most other parks I have stayed.
I would stay again.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RELAXING PLACE TO PARK YOUR RIG. I was here for 5 days working and relaxing remotely and I felt as if I was in a war zone. Nellis AFB is 2 miles away and F-15 fighter jets were circling all day, shaking the trailer, scaring the dog, and giving me a headache. The first jet was cool, but 5 continuous day ruined my vacation. If you are going to be far away from this place during the day you might want to stay but don’t expect to get a moment of peace in your rig or by the pool during the war training exercises.
