The park exhibits the amount of effort and money invested to create this safe and clean experience. New laundry and 4 private shower rooms with heat and ac. Pull thru and back in spots. All with full hookups.
4bars Att LTE and 4bars Verizon 4g along with a very fast RV park WiFi.. I got 25 meg downloads and 33 meg uploads on park WiFi
The rate posted reflects Passport America which we used. Also honors Good Sam memberships. Gate, laundry and shower codes will be emailed to you on registering online prior to arrival. Contactless experience is you wish although we wanted to meet the owner in his unique office on site. He was very friendly person and gave us great info on town and area.
Only thing I would recommend is go to website and read park rules before you book. This is a nice park and some things are not allowed here that might be tolerated at others.
Also there is a major railway artery running through the area. Yes you can hear and see the trains coming thru town, but all I saw and heard were during the day and up till around 9pm. If they came thru after that I slept right thru it. I love trains so it was great for me.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The entire campground is gated, paved, and nicely landscaped. The campground is within walking distance to Main St which is full of restaurants, little shops, murals, and more.
Everyone was friendly, and it was a really nice surprise as we had never experienced Lake City before.
FYI There are train tracks that run right next to the campground. Something to think about if that bothers you!

A very nicely designed park. Lots are landscaped with a lot of room between sites. The park is gated with a lot of small shops within walking distance. Lake City has a lot of art venues including murals on many of the buildings. I can enthusiastically recommend this park. The park is across the street from a busy rail line. Seems to be more trains at night.

This was a wonderful small town with friendly people. Glen (manager) was super friendly, always checking on us, getting us our packages. Some longer term people with a good mix of short term. The sites were clean, well groomed, and just right in size. WIFI was the best we have experienced in our 3 months on the road. We were able to stream tv and do anything else we worked on. If you are looking for a small town with great restaurants, good supplies, produce market, and excellent butcher.... this is it!!! If you are in the area, give it a try! Does have a train track just in front of the park... wasn't a problem for us at all.. but you will hear it regularly... AT&T cell service was 5 bars, but data speeds were super slow. In the town, GPS sometimes didn't even work.

This park is very well run and they are trying to have an overall top notch facility. Nice level sites, very nicely landscaped, all utilities worked great. Bath and shower areas are private, lockable, clean and like-new. Laundry is free as well. My only complaint was wifi. For some reason we had very little luck with it. To their credit the park mgmt is trying to get the wifi to be more dependable. The town is walking/biking distance and has numerous shops/restaurants. Florence 25 mins, Myrtle Beach 1:30. Lots of trains at night. Rate reflects Passport America discount

Great stop over. Very clean and well maintained grounds and facilities. Short walk or bike ride to downtown where we had dinner. Shops were not open because it was Sunday but definitely a place to checkout.

We stumbled on this place when we were looking for a site Memorial Weekend. Great park, very clean, nice concrete pads. Super awesome little town with some great history and food. Only drawback was the train (part of the history) that came through all hours of the night. It shook the trailer and was loud with all the crossings it had to blow the horn at. I'm glad that we got to experience the town!

We absolutely loved it here. Yes, there is a train that runs near the park and it blows the horn throughout the night. If that bothers you, you’ve been warned. Personally, I got used to it quickly and while I would notice it when I was awake, it never woke me up while I was sleeping.
The spots here are easy to get into. They’re paved and level. The power/water/sewer connections are all solid. The bathrooms are wonderful (hot water, lockable, nice shower head, heated, clean). They also had one thing you almost never find… free laundry! They have a dog run and many doggie stations always filled with new poop bags. The park is gated and within walking distance of many restaurants, a great bakery, and all kids of murals and other artwork. Glen is really helpful and available for any questions that you might have. They even sent us an email on Thursday wishing us a Happy Thanksgiving!
Outside of the train, which they can’t exactly change, they are doing everything possible to provide the best park to stay at. We loved it, would recommend this place to anyone, and would absolutely stay here again.

This was a gated RV park with good WiFi, free laundry, level concrete sites and very clean. There’s not much to do around here, no shade cover for the sites and a few restaurants only open certain days. Manager was extremely nice. Trains come through pretty often.

The park was easy to find. It is located almost in the center of Lake City on Church Street. There is pavement all the way including in the park. Signage is adequate. Check in was completed on line. You are supplied with a gate code which you will need upon arrival to get in. This park is very secure and safe. The rules are fairly basic. The interior roads are in great condition and obviously very big rig friendly.
Be aware: This is an URBAN park. You will hear city NOISE. You will also hear TRAINS as a mainline is quite close. IF NOISE BOTHERS YOU THEN THIS PARK IS NOT FOR YOU. It is also very well lit so dark nights will not happen. We were aware of these issues before arriving and feel they were a minor inconvenience as the rest of the park is amazing. The camp host is very friendly and accomodating.
Our site, 30, was a back in (on a concrete pad) that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30/50 amp, water and sewer only) were to the left side. Distancing is very good for an urban park. All sites had a vegetation privacy barrier but because this is a fairly new park the shrubbery is still young. Each site has a table on a concrete patio but NO fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was very well groomed.
The park included wifi worked well. There is no cable TV. We did find a number of OTA channels. Satellite will not be difficult. The washrooms / showers are unisex and we found them up to date and clean as was the laundromat.
There are restaurants and stores within walking distance and as well a short drive away you will find a Walmart Supercenter. We found this park to be a great place to stop for a rest and relax. We paid $55.95 inc tax per night and we feel we received good value. We will be back if in the area again.
