“enjoy the breathtaking view”
Grandad Park opened in 1912. Grandad Bluff is the largest bluff in the La Crosse area and is well-known for its scenic overlook of La Crosse. In addition to enjoying the breath-taking view, you can explore several bluffside hiking trails. Since the top of Grandad Bluff can be seen from most points in the city, it's home to an annual New Year's Eve fireworks celebration.
Beautiful views of La Crosse. Worth a stop.
close to La Crosse, short drive up the mountain and very much worth the view.
Terrific views of the city. We also stopped just short of the main bluff and followed the water run-off trail to another cool lookout.
The area was immaculate when we visited. Very well taken care of.
Definitely worth checking out! Good for hikes, picnics, climbs, and sight seeing
This was a beautiful stop in a lovely town.
It's a beautiful view!
A beautiful drive all the way to the top of the bluff gives way to great views from above.
