Beautiful campground. The Owners take pride in every aspect from caring for the grounds, the barn (make sure you go in and check it out.) and truly make you feel at home. Beautiful large site with trees, rolling farm hills.and friendly people. Laundry room was clean and affordable.

Beautiful, well maintained, clean campground. Laundry facilities (1.50 & 1.00), large building with bathrooms and showers, rec room in barn house, basketball 1 hoop court, and various outdoor games. Our 5th is 42' long and 13'-3" tall and we had no access issues. Avoid the pull-through sites. They are buddy sites and you are really right on top of each other

This hidden gem sits nestled in the rolling hills of SE Wisconsin. The setting is peaceful and has great sunsets. It’s a small park (55 sites) but that keeps it cozy and we had everything we needed. The entire place is clean, we’ll maintained and you can see the owners touch. Highly recommend for a peaceful, hometown feel.

We loved this RV park with its beautiful, peaceful setting overlooking a dairy farm. Sites were clean and spacious with no issue accommodating our 42’ class A. Owners are extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The campground is in the rolling hills of the driftless region of SW Wisconsin near the Illinois and Iowa borders. Located on high ground overlooking fields and farms, the views are equally beautiful and peaceful.
The sites are well- spaced with gravel pads and grass for areas in between. Some have a bit of an incline, but not overly so.
The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Bathroom facilities are well maintained and very clean.
Wifi is fast with several nodes, including one behind site 34. Speed test from inside the camper: 47 down. 26 up with 8ms latency ATT 2 bars 4G.
The town has several typical Wisconsin bar/restaurants for a night out. Dubuque is close, and a 25 min drive to all things Galena.
Overall a great place, highly recommended

There is a dairy farm to watch the cows and the sunset over the hills is beautiful !!!!
We have not used the bathrooms or the shower house but everything is a A1 spot, you won't be disappointed.. they do have a few pull in sites most are back up .. end sites are the best :))

We found the Rustic Barn Campground to be an excellent place to stay. We stayed only a single night while making our way across country in our class c. Sites are gravel for the RV, reasonably level, and well maintained. Or site was a back in site. Hookups are in good condition. Electrical and water was shared with the neighbor behind us. Each site had plenty of grassy area with a table and firepit. There were plenty of large trees. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
There was a pool that we observed being used daily. A playgrounds was available along with a grassy area containing several games. Showers and laundry are available.
Mt. Rushmore and the Crazy Horse Monument are within 15 miles. A steam train ride is available at nearby Hill City. The area features many other attractions and activities and the campground is in the middle of it all.
We found this to be an excellent place to stay. We will stay again when traveling this way.
