Jasper's Italian restaurant in Kansas City seats 150 guests and is open for lunch Monday-Friday 11:30am-2:00pm and for dinner Monday through Saturday, from 5:00pm-9:00pm.  Lunch prices range from $9.95-$16.95 and dinner from $15.95 plus. The menu features favored items from Jasper's and the old Trattoria, including the famous Shrimp Livornese, Caesar salad, and a wide selection of appetizers, pasta, chops, fresh seafood, and fresh baked breads and home-made pastries. The bar also features Kansas City's largest selection of Italian grappa and espresso drinks. The kitchen is headed by Jasper Jr. and his nephew Jasper III (3J). Every cook has experience in Jasper's kitchen, including Jasper's sous chef, sauté cooks, pasta, and pastry chefs.
