Here at Cactus Bob's we do nothing but "competition-style" BBQ. We smoke our pork butts and beef briskets with 100% hickory wood, up to 30 hours, to give them a rich smoke taste and tender texture.Baby Back and St. Louis style ribs come out of the smoker with a beautiful rub crust and darn near fall of the bone.The all white meat smoked turkey breast and half chickens are so juicy you're sure to ask how we do it.Even our sausages will make you wonder just what our secret is. Des Moines has a lot of great bbq, this is a great little known option. Usually easy to get in. Fair prices. Three normal sauces, and then usually six hot sauces that go off the scale. Have fun... Read more
