For Airstream owners, visiting the factory is one of the "must" stops, so it's nice that there's a campground on site. The Airstream Terra Port is three loops of eight sites each (24 total) all with full hookups (including 30/50 amp power). The sites are all back-in on asphalt with gravel around them.
The campground is nothing exciting by itself, but functional and convenient for a factory visit to take the tour or get service. Service customers get free camping, others are asked to pay $10 per night at the Service Center desk. There is wifi but it is usually slow. Cell service in Jackson Center Ohio is good on Verizon now that there's a tower in town. Sprint/Nextel are also good.
Keep in mind your camping on the grounds of an active factory, so there will be truck traffic frequently passing the campground and some areas are off-limits to visitors (fenced in).
The nearest full grocery is in Anna or Sidney. In the center of town, a short 3 block walk, there are a couple of small restaurants, a Subway, Dollar General, Post Office, hardware store, auto parts store, etc. All other major stores and services can be found in Sidney, about 30 minutes away.

There aren't many camping sites in this part of Ohio. Previous review is spot on.
$10/night if you aren't having service work done on your Airstream trailer or Motorhome/Class C. And they don't discriminate as there are other brands that do park in the spots.
Sites have water and sewer located behind the pads. Long reach for the sewer for most folks. Need an extension. Power is a shared pedestal with 1 each 30a and 50a.
There is a dump station available as you drive in, across from the service bay.
Verizon coverage is non existent for data without a booster. Even voice coverage isn't very good.
There is a factory tour every day at 2pm. See how Airstream trailers and Interstate Class C's are built.
If you are an aviation buff, within an hour you have the following.
Neil Armstrong Museum - Wapakoneta
Waco Museum and Flying Field - Troy
Grimes Field Aviation Museum - Urbana (they are building a B17G from original plans. Have about 5 years to go.
Air Force Museum and Huffman Field - Fairborn
To the west in New Bremen is the Bicycle Museum. Fascinating. They bought the Schwinn collection for the museum.

Yes, if there is space available you can overnight (or two or three) in the Terraport even when not getting service at the Airstream factory. While there is not much going on in Jackson Center (when Alumapalooza isn't going on that is!!!) this is a good stop over when traveling I-75. Also, this location provides a decent and inexpensive base from which to explore the various aviation oriented attractions in and near Dayton, Ohio.
Also, don't miss the Airstream Factory Tour!

We arrived on a Sunday for our service appointment on Monday. Even though the Terraport was packed with Aistreams and one other brand, there were still a few spots available.
In the morning, we checked in at the service desk at 7am and then they sent a tractor over to our site to tow us into the service bay. At the end of the day when the work was done, they towed us back to our site. It was really quite convenient.
There are a couple goofy things to note about the RV sites. The power poles are located between sites and we had someone on either side of us using the power. We were able to run an extension cord to another site where another camper was using the 50 amp outlet and the 30 amp was available.
The sewer holes are in the way back of the campsites. We have 20 feet of sewer hose and couldn't reach the dump. Since we were there for only 2 nights, we just used the dump station on the way out.
Cell service is not great in the Terraport, but I was able to get a strong data signal from inside the service waiting room.

Sites are first come, first served. There is no charge if you are having service at the service center. You can stay free on the day before, during, and the day after service is completed. Otherwise it is $10 a night. There are full hookups. Ours were fine, but some neighbors were complaining about access to, and lack of power to electric hookups.
Most important to realize is how it all works before you arrive. They will pick up your trailer, at your site, by 8AM on the day of scheduled service, returning it by about 5PM. If your service extends to several days, you will have your unit in which to spend the night. This was great as the closest motel is about 30 minutes away. Some neighbors had spent several nights waiting for parts to arrive to complete their service. They do not work over the weekend, and only a half day on Friday so anticipate that longer stay if needed.
Your unit will be plugged into power while they are doing the work. We didn't have to shutdown or empty the refrigerator, etc.
You will have some noise from the factory at night, during weeknights. Weekends get quiet.
Several neighbors showed up without a service appointment. They waited several days to get in. We would suggest that you make a service appointment well in advance, and arrive early the day before to improve chances for a site.
There is no bath house or laundry on site. There is a laundry several blocks away. We found good restaurants in Sidney and Lima. Groceries and other services in Sidney.
Take the factory tour it is free and well worth the time. Also expect to meet some excellent neighbors!

Very basic FHU, level, asphalt and gravel lot next to the service bays and factory complex, no other amenities. Perfect spot if you are getting service work. There is no charge when getting service. The tractor will start pulling rigs into the service bays at 7AM sharp, and return rigs at 4PM (or earlier upon completion of the work). Due to COVID restrictions the factory tour was not available. People in the service department and the techs were all very accommodating and professional. We spent two days/nights having service work performed. Not much to do during the day. If you do not want to just sit around in the customer lounge, Indian Lake SP is nearby, to do some walking; and if you need to run errands, Wapakoneta is 30 minutes north- has Walmart, Lowes and other services.

Here for service work. Sites are situated in a circle. FHU located towards rear. Most sites not shaded. There’s a good breeze here though. Good cellular signal for AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. AT&T has 5g here.

We had a scheduled service appointment with the factory and on arrival found lots of available open sites. All sites are back-in in one of the three circular loops. Full hookups are available and laid out in a convenient way. The Terraport is adjacent to the factory service center.
WiFi was available in the Terraport as well as the customer lounge in the service center.
