15 grassy sites right on the river. No electric. Water available during fee season (May-Oct). Dump station at entrance (we did not use it). Fire rings and picnic tables at sites. Put toilets and water available during fee season. Really long rigs may get high centered on steep breaking hill at entrance. We were fine in 25’ RV with jeep in tow. They do not allow more than one vehicle per site during fee season according to posting. Some sites smaller than others.

We love our stay. It is quiet and peaceful. Volt toilets, short grass, dump station, no electricity, yes to a security light by pay station. Big concerns on the phone scan having been hacked. I was doing the payment at dusk. After the proper field opened, another field opened that looked like it belonged. It asked for my vehicle. Lic., card info, and then popped up with " you will now be billed 45.00 a mo. For county camping." It was a struggle to pay our $6.00 senior rate after that. Our credit union is all over our event. A charge for 49.00 happened 5 days later. Very stressful. Card chopped. Another being mailed... we have the highest regards for the Army Corp or Engineer, but this has been a nightmare. No big rigs here, as Dike or levy road crossing is steep

This was a very pleasant spot to stay. Only two other campers in the area. They did run generators almost constantly but there was enough distance between us that I didn’t hear them when the doors were closed. Vault toilets were clean and well stocked.
