“here since 1890”
Try our waterslides or relax in our gigantic pool filled with rejuvenating naturally warm mineral water (87 degrees F). This sparkling spring water flows from an enormous thermal spring at a rate of 5000 gallons a minute. The theraputic "healing" water has soothed visitors for over one hundred years.

This place has an old school vibe. This isn't one of those modern day indoor water parks with tons of crazy slides and a bunch of gimmicks. If I had to tell you what to expect; think of an old box of photos or slides from maybe the late 50s or early 60s, that's who you could imagine being here, (That's not a knock on it, I liked it) 1 huge indoor pool roped off into sections (with river stones on the bottom) 1 outdoor pool that is less crowded and deeper, and a couple of hot tubs and saunas (which cost extra) The tallest slide is outside and super fast. I saw people bitching on various reviews that it wasn't really hot enough to be a hot spring or thermal pool, or really therapeutic, and yeah if you want hot, you'll have to get in the hot tub, but it was warm enough to be really enjoyable even though it was in the upper 60s outside. Definitely worth a visit on a Black Hills road trip.
I have arthritis and expected a pool in which I could do warm water exercises. Not so much. The water is said to be 87F but feels like 67F to me. The hot tubs are 105F I believe, which felt good but only for 10 minutes before I couldn't take any more. My wife is healthy and enjoyed the pool. We went on a holiday rate of 1/2 price for the second person, and our total fee was over $20. Too much for the best Hot Springs has to offer.
LOVE this place!! It's very humble but the vibe and healing feeling is unbeatable. The mineral pool was great! I could actually float! And they have a gym, hot tubs, a steam room, and a sauna. Admission is good for the entire day... I will be back no doubt. If I lived here this would be my go to spot!
