As hours vary throughout the year, it is advised that you call before planning your visit. This is the new home of the "Alien Research Center." Hours are limited so check before you go out there. Unidentified flying object (commonly abbreviated as UFO or U.F.O.) is the popular term for any aerial phenomenon whose cause cannot be easily or immediately identified by the observer. The United States Air Force, which coined the term in 1952, initially defined UFOs as those objects that remain unidentified after scrutiny by expert investigators, though the term UFO is often used more generally to describe any sighting unidentifiable to the reporting observer(s).

I was really looking forward to this stop on my road trip and was overall disappointed by the inside. The gift shop is mostly Star Wars stuff and the alien themed gifts are limited. The Little A'Le'Inn has a better selection. I agree that it is a great photo op though.

This place is fantastic! It's closed Sunday morning, and you should probably call before heading down. They have loads of awesome UFO and alien-themed souvenirs. Plus, the outside offers a pretty awesome photo-op, even if the place is closed.

Fun if you need any alien souvenirs. Cute photo op. My children thought it was fun.

Everything was closed when we stopped, which we'd been warned about; but, my kids loved the photo opp with they giant alien. They were disappointed we didn't get to go inside.
