We drove into the park, nice clean park but for RV not worthy. You can drive back to the visitor center and boondock for free.

Nice little town park. Sites are out in the open, but level and fairly spacious. Located right off of the main hwy so super easy access. We stayed for one night as we were traveling from Medora, ND to West Glacier. Bathrooms were clean, but no showers. Water and electric at each site. Not a place that I'd park for several nights but definitely a good place to stop for the night while traveling through.

Level campsites- They provide firewood - clean bathrooms without showers - fairgrounds provide rodeo stadium - cinder quarter mile track with long jump pit - 100 and 220 yard starter section- children’s playground - disk golf course - Chief Joseph would be proud - 👍

I gave it 4 stars because I think it's overpriced by $5. I frequently angle towards small town rv parking when I traverse the country, particularly west of the Big Muddy. Most are between $10 and $15/night and frequently have water at each site. I think this is the most I've paid in these town parks.
That said, I won't begrudge the town for 2 days; it needs to earn $ as all small towns do.
Note: The sites are back-to-back - they share the same pull thru. When I arrived (Memorial Day) the 3 RVs on site were pulled half-way thru on their respective sites, essentially blocking any arrivals from using the site. That could pose some hassles when the campground is busy. All in all, I can recommend this small park.

Just a clarification from previous posts. I came expecting water and electric for $20. I find that the sites are electric only. There is water available where you can fill your tank, but not at the individual sites. Not a big deal, just wanted to clarify for future guests.

Level, quiet (though there’s construction on the rodeo grandstand right now). Some pull through sites. Some back in. 20, 30 and 50 amp service (at site 12 at least). Water available but no hook-up. No dump.
Much better choice than Eddie’s corner 30 miles north. Decent stop between East Glacier and Custer State park.

My husband and I both categorize this as a pretty good stop, especially for the time of year we visited. No activities happening so we had a quiet visit on both nights. We have paid a lot more for a lot less so this place gets high ratings for us. 50/30 Amp and nice level spots with picnic tables and fire pits. No individual water hookups or dump site but easy access to water as well as nice clean restrooms. For children a nice play ground and a creek to drop a line in if you have a Montana fishing license. Also a great spot to stretch your legs after a long haul. Win win!! Would definitely stop again!

Stopped for the night heading to Glacier. Self service pay, sites gravel, very level and long. Quiet area with River/creek running along it. Only electric (50-30-20) at site but dump and water available. No showers/bathrooms. Park is set up for rodeos or other events as it’s a city park so it could be noisier if something was going on. About 1/2 mile off hwy. Just what we needed for a quick easy overnight.

Very nice place. Would stay again. Clean. Well maintained. Easy access. It would be a premium site if there were some shade trees. Here in a very hot Month of July
