Savannah Lakes RV Resort

STAY AWAY! We booked reservations with this RV park back in December 2023. They called us only a few days before our arrival to tell us that they would not be open due to construction delays. We we’re understanding, but annoyed, and agreed to move our reservation out THREE WHOLE MONTHS to March 2024. Today they call us, just days before our planned arrival with the same excuse. “We just found out last night that we won’t be able to open in time, and we’re going to have to cancel your reservation.” These people clearly do not understand that it is almost impossible to try and find an entirely new RV park to stay at, only days before arrival. Looking at other reviews, it appears they’ve been doing this for months now, stringing people along then calling them only days before their arrival to say “sorry, not open yet” after holding on to their reservation money for months. On principle alone, I will refuse to stay with this park even after they are open. Their business practices are terrible, and they obviously don’t care about their guests.

This is such a beautiful Rv Resort. The staff is amazing and the amenities are outstanding. The dog parks are just adorable! Everyone is so friendly and eager to help. If I could give it more stars I would!!

I was staying here for five nights while attending a Switch it up huddle. The park is easy to get into the sites are long not all of the pads are positioned exactly for class a’s , if you want to park behind the rig. If you want to park in front of the rig, you can get the patio pad fairly close to the door. The convenience store was well stocked. The dog park and Pickleball were very nice. If I was back in this area, I would stay here again.
