Beach View Inn

Since 1912, we have been a year round destination for individuals and families who want comfortable accommodations at an affordable price. Our property dates back to the late 1800’s when electric streetcar service and large commercial fishing operations were prevalent in Hampton Beach following the cities development as a vacation destination in the mid 1800’s. Throughout history, the property has housed several hotels that were destroyed by large scale fires common to that time period. Many old timers know us as the Pentucket Hotel, which was originally built in 1911 and rebuilt in 1912 following one of the many fires. Today the Inn is privately owned and operated by the Bellemore family who are committed to creating a new history. We look forward to getting to know your family and serving you for years to come. In June, 2013, to bring additional value to our guests, we opened the Beach View Market. Located on the first floor of the hotel, the Market offers sandwiches and snacks for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as convenience items, grocery store staples, beach supplies and is the only store in Hampton to offer f’real frozen beverages.
