Halltown I-44 EB Rest Area

April 15th, 2022: RVer reports that Overnight RV Parking is allowed, confirming multiple reports from July 2013 & earlier, & info provided by MO DOT. This former rest area has been closed, but parking area remains open & is now designated a truck parking area; RVs are permitted to park in these areas in MO. Camping, open fires and dumping of holding tanks not allowed. Vehicles may not leave pavement. 22 long-vehicle parking spaces. Vault toilets, no other known amenities.
