Bear Track Inn

Located 6 miles outside of Gustavus, Alaska, this secluded lodge is reached by commuter airplane or ferry and sits on the shores of the Icy Straits. It features an on-site restaurant and a wide variety of wilderness tours. The spacious rooms at Bear Track Inn include down comforters and pillows. Each room has a private bathroom that is stocked with a soft bathrobe, bath amenities, and a hairdryer. Breakfast and dinner are served every day in the dining room. Breakfast includes made-to-order eggs and dinner offers seafood specialties and wild game. Packed lunches are also provided. Fishing charters, glacier tours, and whale-watching excursions are some of the activities guests can participate in. Or, they can simply relax in the lobby and enjoy views of the wilderness.
