Park is under new management and they are actively making changes to improve the park. Newly created sites. Laundry is in the works. Faster Wifi. We felt safe and the park was convenient to everything we wanted to see in town.

We camped here for a dog trial. It was fine for that. Management is very friendly, lots are clean, full hookups. Be aware that campground is really a contract workers home away from home. Tow trucks, cabs and maintenance vehicles parked beside campers. The streets are broken pavement, and rough. Our B+ maneuvered nicely but a big rig may have trouble. The sites have a slope. There is only one dumpster and no other waste cans in the park. Be advised that this campground is on an active railroad track. The train ran last night at 3am and 5:30 am. They blow long, loud whistles to clear tracks. Wifi is poor. Att cell was a strong 5G. My main dislike is the number of aggressive breed dogs in the park. It clearly says they are disallowed. Several of these dogs are chained outside and clearly dislike other dogs.

Springwood RV Park was great for our overnight stay. Our pull-thru site was right next to the office and was very level. Our site had a picnic table. We had no issues with the water/electric/sewer. Our rate was $48.

It was okay. Multiple issues. The trees kept dropping seeds all the time. They were heavy enough to wake me out of sleep. The place needs an overhaul. Ownership doesn't really care about this place. Trash everywhere. I resent being butt-up to a busy street or train tracks - I had the train that shook my RV at 1am. Damit, why must RV developers purchase the cheapest plots of land!
The laundry room was nice however.
The RV places with good reviews were booked.

The park is quiet, but the sites, roads, and facilities are a dump. The bathroom was without toilet paper for three days and is always dirty. We never felt 100% leaving our rig there. Always kept the outside storage locked. Use of the bathroom is an extra fee.
Place is fine for a short stop, but wouldn’t stay longer than a day or two.

We Enjoyed Our Stay Here. It’s So Close To Beautiful Downtown Greenville. The Owners Are Super Nice And Accommodating. Laundry Room Was Nice. Wi-Fi Worked Well. We Did Not See The Restrooms. Quite Besides The Train That Comes Through But That Didn’t Really Bother Us. It’s Not A Fancy RV Park, However, We Would Definitely Stay Here Again.
