Through engaging programs, educational events and animal exhibits, the Greenville Zoo provides a wonderfully wild experience for the entire family that will keep you coming back all year long!
The zoo is a little small as I expected. But it's a nice place to visit. There's a little crowd and it's not hassle unlike the other zoos with big crowd, this zoo is kinda peaceful. I saw that the animals are really taken care of and the facilities are clean too.
Though the Greenville Zoo is modest in size, you can see lions, ocelot, lemurs, apes, exotic birds, amphibians and reptiles, all in about 90 minutes. The zoo also offers covered picnic areas and allows guests to bring in outside food and drink, making this a pretty ideal lunch safari adventure. It is part of the 120+ acre Cleveland Park, also worth exploring.
Not very many animals. It was nice enough for the 3 little ones we had but luckily only had to pay for the 2 adults and one of the littles. Wouldn't have been worth it if we had had to pay for all of us.
