Came here after finding my original destination (Black Walnut) was filled. Tried a WMA place too, but didn't find any camping there. So ended up here. The park itself is beautiful and many of the locals use it. Seemed like a safe place. The small campground is dated. Upper level has about 10 spots with full hook-ups while the ground-level area has maybe 7 spots with electric. I stayed below as all I wanted was to go to sleep after a long day on the road. Picnic table was warped beyond of any use. I did plug into the electric and charged my batteries. Nobody approached me for payment, nor did I see a dropbox. Stink bugs everywhere. Stayed 10/03/18.

We were looking for a nice place to stay while visiting the Omaha Zoo. This is a small, clean, quiet park not far away. Only downside is that the sites are too close together. Worked out great for us.
