“Camp in Sweet Serenity”
Riverview RV Park overlooks the Cut Bank River and is next to the city park and the city swimming pool. Located on 38 acres with over a mile of river frontage and is only 5 blocks from the shopping center. The campground contains some of the most unusual rock formations you will ever see. Most sites are pull thru plus we have tent sites. There are a total of 9 tent sites and 36 RV sites. We have a gift store and restrooms with private showers. There are hiking trails and fishing. Many of the sites have water, electric, cable TV, and FREE wireless internet access.

Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on April 11, 2024Unfortunately this rv Park is nothing like its description. It is extremely run down and immediately next to an active train track. Some of the residents/visitors were aggressively arguing and yelling at each other over possessions. We felt unsafe and disappointed by this stop. We did not stay the night.
Official website photos are NOT accurate depiction of this park. No River, lots of trains, unkempt park, 12 plus older trailer houses. Narrow sites (couldn’t use awning because pusher next to us needed to open slides), swarms of gnats, tall grass, restrooms ok (one out of order), washer and dryers not clean.

I don't leave reviews to disparage parks but other RV'ers need to be aware. We were in Glendive for 6 days to visit our son and we selected this park. Big mistake. I'll list the issues
1) Don't know where the name comes from, there is no river anywhere close.
2) Run down unkept park. Mostly full timers in old RV's / mobile homes
3) They put us in a spot at the back of the park and the train tracks were 50-75 yards from our RV. Constant noise.
Online res was pretty easy and the site was level but a mud pit as it had been raining
If we hadnt have prepaid, we would have left and found another of the parks in town. Good news is we were visiting family and weren't there most of the time.
If your visiting or staying in Glendive, try green valley campground. We looked at it and will definately be staying there next time as opposed to this. Nothing we looked at in town is great, but all are better than this.

Pulled off the highway for the night. Full hookups for our Rv and the park host was very pleasant and hospitable. Very quiet little park we enjoyed our nightly stay.
