Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on February 13, 2024This is by far one of the best sites of the complex. We originally reserved 208. When we arrived, we realized the sewer location at 208 did not allow us to take full advantage of the pad. We instantly called and asked about the adjacent 205 spot. Excellent move. As the sun set, we saw how lot 208 and all the others in the orientation would have been wrecked by the setting sun. There is no shade under the awning with those angles. Site 205 had amazing space, excellent shade, a sewer tap in a good location, and is not far from the action. You won't regret this spot. The complex itself is not quite finished. It is plenty done to be enjoyable but there are some obvious loose ends. The sewer locations are a hodgepodge though. Be prepared to request a new spot if it doesn't work for you. Many spots require an extension.

We spent 1 night here on our way home. We booked online and check in was a breezed. The Resort is right off I-10 outside of Jacksonville. All sites are paved and full hookups. Bath houses are super nice and laundry facilities is ample. They are still working on the park so it’s not 100%, but everything that you need is in place. The General Store is well stocked. Golf Cart Rentals, pool and hot tub area is very nice. They even have a “beach” area, as well as there own Tavern with food and a full bar. Plenty of activities are happening too.
The only really drawbacks, if you stay along I-10, you will get road noise and also hook-ups at most sites are quite a distance, for example most rigs are using 3 (or more) slinkies to reach the sewer hookups. Not sure why they designed the sites this way, but the general store is selling a lot of slinkies and have quite a few in stock.
All in all this is a beautiful resort and will only get better as landscape fills in and they complete it. They are also adding some tiny home cabins which will be nice.

Our first visit here and have enjoyed it. The sites are concrete and sized well. The utilities are situated more towards the front of the site but we were prepared as they do mention this on the website while making reservations.
We did not use the restrooms or laundry but they looked really nice. There is a huge pool and a large swim lake. There is also a catch and release lake.
There is a tavern and grill. We only had an Oreo shake which was terrific. The staff was great!
On the downside, there is no cable. For being a new resort, we would have expected to have cable. We could get OTA with about 30 channels but only one major station. If it rains, it does not drain well. We have standing water all around which makes it tricky to get the pup out for a walk.
It is located right off I-10 and the highway noise is very loud.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back.

In the middle of nowhere….but that’s okay because this resort has all you need. Swimming lake with inflatables, great pool, restaurants, bars and entertainment you don’t have to leave. We like to go just for the weekend because it’s so close to the house! Great place to stay a few days if coming in or out of Florida.

We’ve stayed here twice over the past couple years since starting full-time. This resort is always our home base when visiting family in the Jax area. The grounds are well kept, the resort style is perfect for families with children and the staff are SUPER friendly. They have everything you need from entertainment, to activities and supplies!

We only stayed one night but very quiet with level cement pads and plenty of room. Dog park was decent size and well kept. Would stay again!

A great family campground. Something for everyone! My children rented paddle boards while my husband and I rented a paddle boat. All four of us enjoyed some time on the water. The restaurant had good food, the ice cream shop was delicious, and the staff was very nice. They have games, mini golf, a pool, "beach" area, and lots of recreational opportunities. The sites are spacious, concrete, and we had one with a chairs and a gas fire pit. We had a wonderful experience.
