Ratings Summary
Was just there with our granddaughter and there were lots of things to keep her busy.
No dogs allowed in cabins... Booo
Staff, including the maintenance/security staff were all very helpful.
Security staff enforce rules, which apparently has given them poor reviews in the past. He was very nice and helpful to us.
This is a private RV campground that has been around for a while. Sites are mostly close together, mostly level. Some sites have gravel; some are just grass. The creek makes a "U" around part of the campground, so a popular activity is to tube from one end to the other and do it again. There is also a pool, playground, store, small grill, and miniature golf. Live music on weekends, and lots of activities.
We were ok there with some rain, but I expect heavy rain would be a problem from time to time.

The campground sites are pretty close together except for the sites along the creek. We had a nice large site at 113 and it was right along the creek. The sites along the creek are water and electric only. There is a honey wagon you can pay to come to your site. There are plenty of dump stations on the way out at least 3 campers at a time can dump.
There was barely any cell phone signal. We have Sprint and were on extended service or 1 bar and could not connect to the internet at all. Others in our group and Verizon and experienced the same issue.
The campground is near a small lake where you can go kayaking or swimming in the beach section. There are also hiking trails near by including the Appalachian trial.
The bathroom showers near the office were just ok. There are newer bath houses up the hill near the tent areas that are newer.

Very pretty with spacious level sites...no cable. This place has a lot of things for kid's to do. The steam is very pretty. There is one coin operated shower for each gender. The bathroom and shower we very good. There are portaPotty every so often throughout the grounds....also clean. This campground is a bit off the beaten path but we thought well worth the beautiful drive.
