Lots of mature trees. Some of the locations are close to the lake (north side).

Stayed here on a cross country road trip in June, 2019. Stayed in the Tent sites which are in a field area. Campground was clean, quiet, not crowded. Probably wouldn’t consider it a destination, but it was a good overnight spot. Shopping close by. Showers good, bathrooms clean.

This location was our first night out on a month trip to Idaho. Based on previous reviews decided to give it a shot. Since we are self contained I planned on just using a dry campsite but found out you are not allowed to use generators at all. So took the plunge and got the full hook ups. Dry camping is $18 but just remember no generator use. Probably would have chosen a different campground if I knew that. Still overall not a bad place to overnight. Some road noise but not terrible. Big rig friendly just no pull through sites.

A well-groomed county park on a lake. The campground itself is but one part of a sprawling recreational complex. We were only 1 of about 20 people spread out through the entire park in mid June.
$24 got us an electric only site overlooking the lake. The camp installed a new shower house last year. Each bathroom/shower is private and lockable. The showers were clean and warm. The caretaker cleans them with a pressure washer and a bleach solution. That gets an A+ in my book for cleanliness.
The only downside is that Hwy 150 and Hwy 34 are close enough for traffic noise to be rather constant and noticeable all day.
A free city WiFi SSID is available and seems to be strongest the closer one gets to the office.
