This lavish inn has 13 premium suites that can hold up to 31 people. All the rooms have a King size bed, fireplaces, and whirlpool tubs, making it the ideal place to snuggle up with your loved one.

The inn has some of the most spectacular views of the Mississippi River in town. Its expansive windows and own private patio make the view even better. To top it all off, guests can enjoy a gourmet breakfast brought directly to their suite each morning.

The Log Cabins are also pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry buddy.

We think the Goldmoor Inn is one of the best romantic getaways in Illinois!

We didn't stay at the Goldmoor, but we did enjoy an evening of dining at the Chef's Table. Our chef for the evening was interesting, funny, and a provided a wonderful meal. The staff was friendly and interesting telling us stories about the Inn and providing great tableside service. I'd be interested in staying at the Inn and enjoying more time there based on the friendliness of the staff!
