We paid the monthly rate when we stayed. We loved staying here. The staff is very kind and helpful. This is a family friendly RV park and our kids felt very welcome. We look forward to staying here again. The only downfalls for us was all the sap on our cars from the trees and that you can hear the noise from the highway, but those are just things you can't control. It is a very peaceful RV park, lots of pine trees, and kind people.

We debated between giving this park 3 or a 4 rating. We ultimately decided upon a 3 because of the visual clutter we had to look at. I would estimate 80 percent of the park is filled with permanent sites. Unfortunately, permanent sites lead to junk laying around these sites. It is just visually unappealing.
Having said that, the campground is set in a pine forest which is nice. The sites are perhaps a tad too close to each other, but not overly. Most sites are pull-thrus, which is nice. So it was easy to get in and out.
Our site was odd in that the outlet for the 50 amp was upside down! We use a power surge protector, so hooking up to the power was awkward, but we figured it out.
The WiFi worked well. There were lots of over the air TV channels out of Savannah. Staff was friendly. Laundry worked well, although it was constantly busy. We appreciated being able to borrow for free DVDs from the campground office. Bathrooms were clean. There was some road noise from the near by Interstate, but not unbearable.
All in all, this could be a stellar park. But the run down appearance of the full time sites makes it visually unappealing.

We had a great time at this RV park. The people were friendly. Had Christmas eve dinner and on Christmas day they had breakfast.
We were there for New Years eve and they had a prime rib dinner. On Thursdays they have game night and we had a blast. Sunday they have a bible study. While we were there they also had a dance on Saturday night.
Very family friendly.
Easy access on and off of 95.
would highly recommend this RV park weather for 1 night or several nights.

We only stayed one night and it was a rainy day and night but the staff was very friendly and helpful. My first impression of the park was good. It was very neat, tidy and well run. Our site was large and well spaced. There are a lot of trees. The site was a sand/gravel mix and level. We did not use the bathhouse but I really liked this campground and would recommend it highly. Cell signal was a bit weak for Verizon and AT&T so I used the booster for my AT&T hot spot and didn’t have any problems. The park WiFi was a bit slow for streaming movies.

I can hear the interstate at night but its not horrible & depends on what side of the Campground you're on i think. you might hear a roster too. plenty of shade & dog friendly!!! love it

We didn’t have a reservation and stopped on a whim at 7:00 in the evening. What a nice find! Andy in the office was very nice and even bake us delicious chocolate chip cookies! The sites are nice and shady with no one close by. We will be back as this is a nice stop on our way home!

Staying here Oct 30 to Nov 2, 2020. Called ahead in morning to get a site. Pull Thru Full Hookup. Sites spacious enough under pine trees. Andy, who took the call and checked me in very friendly. Pads are raised gravel with pine needles. Was easy to get to level. Seems some folks are mid to longer term. Folks next to me from NE Wyoming. Facility has laundry (I will not use because my next leg if travel is to home in NC). Toilet and shower fair. Price was nice. Easy 50 minute drive into Savannah (the RV campgrounds closer to there not well rated).

I stayed here for two months (Feb-Mar 2021). Quiet other than highway noise from I-16. Friendly staff. Large sand/gravel sites. 2/3 pull through, 1/3 back in. I stayed on the lake in a back in spot. Two laundry facilities. Plenty of machines. $4/load to wash and dry. Canoes and kayaks for rent. Playground for the kids. Dog run. Propane on site. Storage lot on site. Truck stop across the street. 10 minutes to Metter. 20 minutes to Statesboro.
