Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on October 22, 2021people were super friendly, but that is really all that is good. Sites were parking lots for C section, and river sites are all taken. Summer concert series means no one listens to quiet hours. Strong smell of sewer at times. NO wifi or cell signal by the river.

"Resort"? Ha!
No vibe at all, very uneven sites, way too expensive for what it is. Should be $35 and only for a night. No cell service, no WiFi. Pass.

Just ok. My site and others looked quite uneven.. NO privacy. On top of each other. Just too much $$ for what it is.

Sites are not level and we needed boards to level out. Lots of “Members” with many older rigs. Evidently, it’s cheaper to buy a membership at about $1,200.00 than rent storage space monthly. “Resort” is a misnomer as they have a pool and some courts and a run down Pee-Wee golf course. People not overly friendly or helpful. On the banks of the N fork of the Shenandoah river, but good luck getting one of those back in sites. The Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Caverns, and Louray Caverns were worth the trip and made the stay at the RV park OK, but we would choose somewhere else if we came back. This is a Coast to Coast “resort”, but they Charged us $108.00 for “utilities”. They also tack on a 3% “convenience fee for Credit Card use. Cell service is a big -0-.

This campground is conveniently located to many great outdoor activities. The campground was very secure with a 24-hour gate house that checked vehicles coming to the campground. The sites in our section were large, pull-through sites situated in a large gravel parking lot, but there were several other sections including one that runs along the Shenandoah River. There was a great pool with a large kids section that we especially appreciated.
