Located five miles southeast of Fremont, Wisconsin, on County Rd. II, Union Star Cheese Factory offers tours every morning except Sundays. Come in, watch us make cheese, then taste it. Our cheese is made daily, except Sundays, and our fresh curds are ready to eat between 9 am to 10 am. The best time to arrive for viewing is 8:30 am. Tours take place on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday only.
